The foremost author of horror literature is realized for the ages in this exquisite bust from Arkham Studios, sculpted by Bryan Moore.

Longtime fans of HP Lovecraft, the artists at Arkham Studios have crafted the quintessential sculpture of the Old Gent from Providence.

Standing approximately 12 inches high, the expertly sculpted countenance of HP Lovecraft sits atop an antique style base with curved scrolls and filigrees, not unlike the aesthetic of Lovecraft himself.

At the face of the base is a small plaque which reads “I Am Providence” and signed in Lovecraft’s own signature beneath.

Lovecraft fans may note that “I Am Providence” was originally written by Lovecraft to a friend describing his love for his hometown and is now his epitaph on his tombstone. Centuries ago in an obscure tome entitled “The Gospel According To St. Anthony”, Satan himself used these very words to tempt St. Anthony.

Knowing Arkham Studios’ penchant for all things Satanic, it’s no surprise that this classic portrait of Lovecraft fits right in with their dark repertoire of occult, horror and literary figures. The bust is cast in polymer resin and finished in Arkham Studios’ signature bronze rub.
